Mr. Zarkhosh holds licenses as both an attorney and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He possesses the necessary expertise to maximize a client’s tax advantages.

A cum laude graduate of James Madison University and Penn State’s Dickinson School of law, Mr. Zarkhosh brings an international perspective to clients of The Jayson Law Group. He has traveled to the Middle East, where he handled accounting needs for the electric power industry. He also served as a consultant during one of the largest bank mergers in U.S. history, as well as consulting to two U.S. government agencies.

Mr. Zarkhosh has reviewed multi-million dollar corporate contracts to ensure compliance with both legal and accounting policies, and assisted in an internal audit of testing procedures and documentation for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. His experience also spans commercial litigation on Securities and Exchange (“SEC”) issues involving fraud and fiduciary duties. Mr. Zarkhosh’s experience in corporate procurement compliance included the negotiation of vendor contracts the review of software licensing contracts and monitoring of internal corporate controls.

Fluent in English and conversational in Farsi, Mr. Zarkhosh brings his knowledge and experience of estate planning, tax law, and business law to The Jayson Law Group LLC.
