Of Counsel

Loren Sara Schragger-Paeglis, Esq. recently returned to New Jersey from Houston, Texas. While in Texas, she focused on various phases of discovery for arbitration, litigation and due diligence. The areas of law included breach of contract, compliance, energy land use and environmental issues for Forbes 100 Energy, Construction and Chemical Companies. Her insights on legal matters often included evaluating scientific and engineering facts in the discovery process. She reviewed contracts for her clients in order to explain the specific location of the breach. She applied the latest e-discovery technology to effectively discern relevant information.

Ms. Schragger-Paeglis started her professional career initially as an engineer, graduating from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering. She did research in Biophysics as part of her undergraduate degree.

After she graduated, she was employed as an applications engineer and production planner for B.F. Goodrich Chemical in Independence, Ohio. She returned to an applications engineer position when she joined Uniroyal Power Transmission Division in Southbury, Connecticut. One of her responsibilities was to train customers and distributors on how to design machines which included Uniroyal products.

While in Connecticut she graduated from University of Quinnipiac School of Law. As a law student, she interned for Uniroyal, Inc.’s Corporate Counsel.

After graduation she moved to New Jersey and joined Bressler, Amery and Ross, P.C. as an Environmental Law Associate. She took some time off from her career to raise her children. Some of that time included moving to Texas.

Now that her children are grown, she is restarting her practice by becoming Of Counsel at The Jayson Law Group LLC with a focus on business transaction law, environmental law, elder law, and mediation. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Texas, is a R 1:40 Qualified Mediator, and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and The Justice Marie L. Garibaldi American Inn of Court for ADR.
